BullxBear Transparency and Editorial Policy

Last Updated: October 19, 2025

At BullxBear, we are committed to providing trustworthy and expert financial analysis. As a publisher of finance content, we adhere to strict editorial and ethical standards to ensure the accuracy and independence of our research.

1. Our Commitment to Expertise and Accuracy (E-E-A-T)

Our core process is built on a four-stage system to maximize accuracy and accountability.

The BullxBear Quality Control Pipeline

Drafting by Experts: Content is created by authors with demonstrated real-world experience and expertise in finance, accounting, or the specific market sector being analyzed.
Fact-Check by Onshore CPA: The initial draft is reviewed by one of our U.S.-based Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). This professional rigorously verifies all financial figures, calculations, and adherence to accepted accounting principles.
Editorial Review by Expert CPA: A second level of review is conducted by a separate expert to confirm overall clarity, compliance with this Ethics Policy, and the presence of all necessary disclosures.
Transparent Publication: Every published article clearly attributes accountability through:

Byline: Who wrote the article and their credentials.
Reviewed By: Who verified the facts and figures (our in-house CPA).

2. Editorial Independence and Conflict of Interest

We value our independence above all else, ensuring our analysis is objective and unbiased.

No Affiliations: BullxBear confirms that it has no direct advertising or affiliate relationship with any company that is the subject of our editorial content. We maintain complete editorial independence.
Monetization Transparency: Our revenue is generated primarily through programmatic advertising served via Google AdExchange. This third-party system keeps ad content separate from our editorial process, preventing any advertiser from influencing our research.
Disclosure of Personal Investment: We disclose that BullxBear’s founders, authors, or analysts may take a non-material, personal financial stake in a company after their research yields a positive investment thesis.

Mandatory Disclosure: Any personal investment, regardless of size, will be explicitly disclosed in a Conflict of Interest Disclosure section at the footer of the relevant article.

3. Data Privacy and Use of Personal Information

BullxBear is committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring full transparency regarding data collection.

Newsletter Data Promise (Non-Sale of Data): The email addresses collected for our newsletter feature are used solely for the purpose of sending you BullxBear content. We will never sell, rent, or lease your email address or any associated personal data to any third party.
Cookies and Tracking:
No Direct Targeted Advertising: BullxBear does not use its own cookies, caches, or tracking technologies for personalized or targeted advertising based on your site behavior.
Third-Party Advertising: By viewing ads served on our website, you acknowledge that Google AdExchange (as a third-party service) may access or place cookies to serve and measure ad performance. This is standard for third-party ad networks. You can learn how to manage your ad preferences or opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ad Settings.

4. Sourcing and Data Authority

To establish the Authoritativeness of our content, we rely on primary, verifiable sources.

Priority Sources: We prioritize data from the most reliable sources in financial markets, including:

Official Investor Relations (IR) Websites (e.g., 10-K/Q filings, earnings reports).
Verbatim Transcripts from executive interviews (e.g., reputable news outlets, industry conferences).
Proprietary BullxBear Analysis (in-house models and original data).
Link Transparency: All key financial figures, direct quotes, and non-obvious data points are hyperlinked directly to their original, primary source, allowing users to verify the information independently.

5. Content Maintenance and Archiving Policy

Financial information changes constantly. We commit to keeping our content fresh and preventing the circulation of misleading, outdated information.

Timeliness: All articles feature a clear Publication Date and an Update Date (if modified). We systematically review and update time-sensitive content (e.g., price targets, investment theses) on a quarterly basis.
Handling Old Content: To ensure users and search engines only access the most current advice:

We will remove or archive any articles that contain fundamentally incorrect or deprecated information.
For content that is deleted, we use technical methods (like 301 redirects) to guide users to the most current, related article.
Requesting Historical Records: Full details of modifications, or access to the original text of deleted or archived articles, can be requested via email for accountability and transparency purposes.

Email for Requests: bullxbearamerica@gmail.com

6. Mandatory Investment Disclaimer

All information published by BullxBear is for informational and advisory purposes only. It is not, and should not be taken as, personalized financial or investment advice.

Data Timeliness Warning: Our analysis, price targets, and investment theses are based only on the data available at the time of publication. Financial markets are affected by unpredictable events (geopolitics, economic shifts, etc.).
Reader Responsibility: BullxBear strongly urges all readers to conduct their own independent due diligence and consult with a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.
No Liability: BullxBear and its affiliates are not responsible for any investment gains or losses incurred by following our advice.

By reading and using the BullxBear website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
